I have the honor of speaking with Messiah Village residents about the upcoming election with other candidates representing District 7. We are excited to share our hearts and priorities for our local community this November 7th.
CANDIDATES NIGHT
September 26, 2023 – Upper Allen Township Building
Come out and meet all candidates who will be representing Upper Allen, including school director candidates for Shiremanstown and Lower Allen Annex 1. This will give each candidate time to reflect on why they are running and provide an opportunity for attendees to submit questions to be answers by the candidates.
POSTCARD PARTY
September 28, 2023 – Hops and Barley
Come support your local school board candidates for this fun time addressing postcards to reach independents in our area. We will meet at Hops and Barley for dinner and drinks and let our neighbors know about the upcoming election. Meet with candidates for school board like me and others too.
ELECTION DAY
November 7, 2023 – Your Local Polling Station
When I said yes to run for school director, I wasn't quite sure if I'd be cut out for politics. But after my first foray as a candidate at Hops and Barley, I'm encouraged by the other candidates and volunteers like Karen who work hard to fight for Pennsylvanians. I was able to share a little about myself and connect with others and really that's where we need to start, with community participation.
CAMPAIGN KICKS OFF
April 23, 2023
I never thought I'd be one to run for public office, but over the last few years, I've felt a call to serve my community in greater measure. I've always been involved in helping others and I've spent most of my professional career and personal time doing just that. So when I open the trunk of my van and grab a campaign sign to sink into Upper Allen soil, it feels a little weird. I'm so used to giving to others that it's hard for me to talk about myself. The good news is, I don't want to talk about me or my agenda. I want to listen to yours and be an advocate for you on the school board. Together we can bring government back to the people and away from partisan political PACs powered by conspiracy theories.
